To obtain 1 kg of extract, 11 to 17 kg of dried seeds are needed, which indicates the intensity and value of the product.

Properties of the extract

Sea buckthorn extract contains a high percentage of fatty acids, such as:

• Linoleic (Omega-6) – 40.7%
• Alpha-linolenic (Omega-3) – 28.4%
• Oleic (Omega-9) – 18.1%
