Don Julio is a tequila made from 100% hand-harvested blue agave. After distillation, only the heart of the distillate is preserved, as it is free of any impurities. This tequila is then bottled immediately after distillation without ageing. It has very pleasant citrus and vanilla aromas. All in all, it is an ideal base for the best margaritas or the very trendy Paloma.
